Very thick and absorbent, our all-cotton DSQ's are made of 8 layers of cotton twill in the center and 4 layers on the sides. Honestly, these are the diapers that diaper services use--made to last through industrial laundering. Much nicer and more absorbent than prefolds you find in discount stores. Wash twice before using as prefolds will "quilt" and become thicker and more absorbent with the first few washings. The dimensions here are after washing. Use with wrap-style covers or pinned on with pull-on coverpants.

After sampling several brands of DSQ’s, we decided to offer Green Earth (Chinese) prefolds. Green Earth DSQ’s seem to “quilt up” thicker and shrink quite a bit.
